PETER J. OZOLIN

Prior to Manzama, Peter was Vice President of Practice Management Segment at Thomson Reuters (NYSE:TOC); Vice-President at RealPractice;  as well as the Chief Knowledge & Technology Officer at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, a global law firm with over 15 offices and 1000 attorneys world-wide.

Peter has had a long career in the legal profession, dating back to just after he graduated from law school when he founded Legal Anywhere, a provider of extranet solutions for the legal market. While at Legal Anywhere his team sold to over 125 large law firms nationwide and corporate legal departments such as Safeway, Bell Atlantic, American Airlines, Kawasaki, Caterpillar, etc. Niku Corporation (NASDQ:NIKU) acquired Legal Anywhere in 2000. Post acquisition, Peter served as Niku’s Vice President and General Manager for the Legal Profession. Later he consulted with bay area start ups and serves as an advisor to early stage companies servicing the legal profession.

Peter has published numerous articles in periodicals such as Law Technology Product News, National Law Journal, Corporate Legal Times and LawNet’s Peer to Peer publication. Peter has also presented at nationwide conferences and tradeshows such as Legal Tech, Legal Technology Summit, ILTA and the American Bar Association’s Tech Show.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in both Economics and Political Science from University of Oregon as well as a Joint Degree -  J.D. & M.B.A. from Willamette University.

HANS HAGLUND

Hans Haglund is a senior business development and marketing professional with over 10 years in the legal industry.  For the past six years, Hans has managed business development for Paul Hastings Janofsky and Walker LLP, a top 20 global law firm with 18 offices worldwide.  Hans successfully launched Paul Hastings’ Strategic Account Management initiative, Practice Group Program and is responsible for the firm’s transactional practices that generate revenues in excess of $650M.  Prior to Paul Hastings, Hans was co-founder of two legal software companies: Legal Anywhere that was acquired by Niku Corporation in 2000 for $27M (NASDQ:NIKU) and AchieveOne that merged with Dealplanner Inc. in 2002.

Hans holds an B.S. in Business Administration from University California, Redlands.

ALLISON B. NUSSBAUM

Allison Nussbaum is Vice-President of Sales at Manzama. She is responsible for establishing client outreach and advancing the company’s sales and revenue objectives. With over 15 years’ experience in the business of law firms, Allison brings a unique blend of experiences to the position. Prior to joining Manzama, Allison was a senior business development manager at Nixon Peabody LLP, and before that, she was the first-ever business development manager at Goodwin Procter LLP. In these roles, Allison used her past experience as an outside salesperson to coach attorneys on how to successfully develop and implement marketing and business development plans designed to support strategic and financial objectives, revenue goals and client satisfaction. Prior to her law firm business development roles, Allison held positions at Lexis-Nexis and at Interface Software.

Allison earned her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from University of New Hampshire School of Law.

ADAM STOCK

Adam is Allen Matkins Director of Marketing and Business Development at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, a full service American Lawyer 200 firm.  Allen Matkins has been recognized as having the leading California real estate practice for 8 consecutive years. Mr. Stock oversees all client development and marketing initiatives for the firm. Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Adam was Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and American Lawyer 100 firm.

Mr. Stock has over fifteen years experience as a senior sales and marketing executive in high technology companies. Mr. Stock has been instrumental in establishing, integrating and implementing marketing support for sales functions at several companies including Adobe Systems, Electronics for Imaging, Inc., and Liberate Technologies.

Sales and Marketing Management Magazine named Mr. Stock a “Sales & Marketing Pioneer” for his work in implementing quantitative sales systems on the Legal Industry. Sales and Marketing Management Magazine named Mr. Stock “Motivator of the Year” in 2004 for his pioneering work in legal sales. Mr. Stock is a Board Member of the Legal Sales and Service Organization, an educational and networking organization for legal sales and service professionals. He is also a co-founder of the Personal Broadband Industry Organization, a marketing and lobbying organization in the telecommunications industry.

LEAH DANIELS

Leah Daniels is an experienced business development and marketing professional with 10+ years of success working in the legal and high-tech industries.  Leah is a strategic thinker with a range of technical expertise in client service and new media technologies.  Leah oversees the client extranet, web marketing, CRM and competitive intelligence functions for Stoel Rives LLP, a business law firm providing corporate and litigation services to a wide range of clients throughout the United States.  Prior to Stoel Rives, Leah worked at FEI Company, Tektronix and Tonkon Torp LLP.

Leah earned her MBA in marketing and organizational analysis from Willamette University and her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rhodes College.
